Garlic tomatoes
Instructions
Halve the tomatoes and cook over high heat in a pan with 4 tablespoons oil.
Should from the Pan and keep them warm.
In the same oil FRY tomatoes chopped garlic and parsley.
Pour the blended mixture on tomatoes and serve.

- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
