Walnut stew
Instructions
In a large saucepan to Brown the butter.
Prepare 1 L of broth using the two nuts.
When the butter is foamy and put the meat to Brown; lightly season with salt and pepper then add the garlic and parsley.
Mix thoroughly, add a handful of chopped walnuts kernels, blanched tomatoes, peeled and chopped them and, little by little, the broth.
Cook for at least 2 hours.
At the end add the corn starch diluted in a little cold stock and give a final boil.
Serve hot, accompanied by mashed potatoes.

- 800 g of beef muscle apart
- 250 g of fresh tomatoes
- 40 g of butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 handful of nuts
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 nuts to soup
- Salt
- Pepper
