Mackerel baked in foil
Instructions
Clean and wash the spinach leaves in plenty of water and dry them.
Clean the fish, removing the fins and entrails, wash, dry and season inside and out with 1 pinch of salt and plenty of pepper.
Take 4 squares of aluminum paper of that size to contain each a fish and suddividervi on the leaves of spinach.
On these put the fish and close the wrappers.
Then place them in a baking dish with a little water and bake at 210 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 20 leaves of spinach

- Abundant of pepper
