Wild rice in spanish
Instructions
Put the rice in a casserole with 40 cl of slightly salty water.
Bring to the boil, cover and cook at low heat for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the prawns and cut the pepper into pieces.
In a large frying pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil, add the chopped garlic and sliced onion and let them dry to sweet flame.
Turn up the flame, add the prawns and sauté them until they are well browned.
Add salt, add the pepper, cut peppers in half, the orange juice and wine.
Continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring lively flame.
Spread rice in dishes with warm shrimp and the cooking, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

- 170 g of wild rice
- 24 fresh prawns
- 2 oranges
- 1 red onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 fresh spicy chillies
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1/2 cup of rosé wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
