Wild plum liqueur
Instructions
To prepare this pleasant-tasting liqueur we need of wild mature plums and made rough by the rays of the Sun.
Mash, including core, using a mallet and put them in a pot and add all other flavors.
Bring all to a boil, then remove from heat, cover the Pan and let it stand for at least 24 hours.
Add to that point alcohol and leave to infuse for 10 days.
Strain well and bottled.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 500 g of wild plums
- 500 G = = water
- 300 g of sugar
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 1 g of mace
- 2 pods of vanilla
- 3 cloves
