Ricotta ravioli with truffles
Instructions
Make the dough with the ingredients listed.
Cut into two thin sheets.
In a bowl mix ricotta cheese, melted butter, cheese, egg, salt and pepper; prepared ravioli in classic mode.
In a saucepan melt the butter, add the ravioli, first boiled in salted water and drained, add them, remove from heat, add the remaining butter and the grated cheese.
Arrange the dumplings into serving dish, garnish with truffle slices and serve.

- 1 egg
- For the filling:
- 200 g of ricotta
- 1 egg
- 30 g of grated cheese
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- For the sauce:
- 60 g of butter
- 40 g of grated cheese
- 50 g of white truffle
- Salt
