Radicchio and mushrooms
Instructions
Clean and wash the lettuce and cut each head in 4 to the length.
Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
Brown garlic in a pan and add vegetables and mushrooms and cook over high heat for 10 minutes.
Stir the vegetables, add salt, pepper and add the Rosemary.
Cover, Cook for another 15 minutes and serve hot.
