Radicchio and parmesan salad
Instructions
Peel and wash the radicchio, then cut it lengthwise.
Grate the Parmesan in large flakes.
Grease the "radicchio with a little oil, then let it dry on a non-stick Grill and griddle over low heat.
Add salt and pepper, then turn off the heat.
In a bowl, mix mustard, balsamic vinegar and remaining oil, until you get a sauce.
Arrange the radicchio on a serving dish, season with the sauce and decorated with Parmesan cheese.
Add salt and pepper.

- 5 tufts of radicchio
- 100 g of parmigiano
- 1 tablespoon of sweet mustard
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
