White wine ham
Instructions
Grease an ovenproof dish rather large, sprinkle the slices of ham and pour over half of the wine.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours abundant in preheated oven at 150 degrees, making sure that the fluid reaches the boil.
In a saucepan put the sliced mushrooms, chopped shallots and the remaining wine.
Bring to the boil, add the cream and simmer.
Add the sauce formed in the ham and let it reduce until it reaches the desired consistency.
Perfumed with the port.
Adjust the salt.
Place the ham slices on a serving dish, cover with the sauce.

- 8 thick slices of ham
- 2 cups of dry white wine
- 30 g of butter
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 1 small shallots
- 1 glass of cream
- 1 tablespoon of white port wine (white wine)
- Salt
