Instructions
Chop the tomatoes, give them seeds, let them drain, sprinkle the pretzels and thinly slice the mozzarella.
Roll out the dough into a greased baking, rub with a little olive oil, lay on top of the mozzarella and tomatoes and infornatela for 20 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking place here and there on the surface the basil leaves dipped in oil and when cooked, season it with a little freshly ground pepper.

- 300 g of mozzarella
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 sprig of basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Peppercorns
