Rum pear
Instructions
Make holes on the Peel pears after wash why not crack during baking.
Cut them in half and remove the core.
Work the butter with rum and distribute the mixture in half pears, then place them in a baking dish.
Put them in the oven at medium heat for 30 minutes.
Decorate with chocolate flakes, to taste, with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 pears kaiser
- 30 g of butter
- Spray 1 of rum
- Some scales of chocolate
- Some balls of vanilla ice cream (optional)
