Rum orange salad
Instructions
Peel the oranges, cutting them off with a knife 1 of white skin, then cut them into thin round slices.
Form with these 1 first layer on the bottom of the bowl, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon and 1/2 of rum and the vanilla.
Proceeding in this way, alternating the orange slices the rum and the icing sugar.
Cover the bowl and leave to macerate the preparation in a cool place for 2 hours; then stir and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 oranges
- 4 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 6 tablespoons of rum
- 1 pinch of vanillin
