Instructions
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water, sbucciateli, remove seeds, cut into four parts.
In a large pan heat a glass of olive oil, add a clove of garlic, tomatoes and oregano, salt and pepper to your taste.
Boil the pennette in salted water (1/4 of an hour), drain and pour into the pan of sauce making them taste.
Serve immediately accompanying with black pepper to grind on the table and grated cheese.
It's a very quick to prepare sauce with fresh tomatoes that give it a very decided taste.

- 250 g of type pasta pennette
- 8 sauce tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grated cheese
