Rosemary potatoes
Instructions
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and put them in a pan with 1/2 cup of olive oil and garlic: lively focus FRY stirring often.
Add the Sage, Rosemary and a grated nutmeg, salt and pepper; Sprinkle with wine and simmer on low heat until the potatoes are cooked.

- 1 pack of new potatoes
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Some leaves of sage
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Nutmeg
- White wine
