Instructions
Saute with olive oil, butter and leeks cut into rings the defrosted asparagus tips, green beans and sliced potatoes peeled and cut into cubes, add chopped garlic, add the stock and cook for an hour.
Mix it all up, reheat and serve with croutons.

- 300 g of asparagus tips
- 100 g of green beans
- 1 potato
- 2 leeks
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 cl of broth
