Gingerbreads
Instructions
Mix the flour with sugar, almonds, whole or in large pieces, chopped blanched peel of citrus fruit, candied fruit, diced (optional), cocoa, salt, nutmeg, ground cloves, cinnamon and water until it forms a dough and uniform.
Bake the dough in a buttered plate, giving the shape of a skullcap, leaving Cook one and a half hours, low heat.
When the dome is cool, brush with melted chocolate, covering it up with a chocolate crust.

- 250 g of whole almonds
- 100 g of cocoa
- Peel of citrus fruit
- Candied fruit
- Nutmeg
