Loaf of mushrooms
Instructions
Remove the Earth with mushrooms, clean them with a damp cloth and chop coarsely.
Saute garlic, add the mushrooms and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring often.
When cooked add the scrambled eggs and a sprinkling of pecorino.
Meanwhile, cut off the top of the loaf: a lid, emptied of Crumb and FRY in boiling oil, but not steaming.
Drain and put it aside.
Roast diced Crumb.
When the loaf will be lukewarm, fill with a layer of toasted bread crumb cubes and pour over the mushroom soup.
Mix gently and cover the loaf with the previously removed.
