Llenguetes al bogamari '
Instructions
In a pan stir together olive oil and corn.
Let us skip the tagliolini bens drained and cooked al dente, until they have absorbed all the oil.
Then add the eggs of sea urchin previously softened in corn oil.
Add salt, stir well, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve at the table.

- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 150 g of sea urchin eggs
- 5 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 5 cl of corn oil
- Curly parsley
