Lentil and pumpkin soup
Instructions
Pre-cut all ingredients and place them in a pressure pot with cold water for 20 minutes.
Apart boil the noodles, drain and add to vegetables.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan and chopped Rosemary and a little olive oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of water
- 50 g of lentils of castelluccio
- 100 g of yellow squash
- 1/2 leek
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 50 g of pasta pasta type
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grana
- Rosemary
