Instructions
Delete the pebbles that can be found in lentils, place them in water bath for 8 hours.
Almost the next day, put the lentils in a pan and the water they were soaked, add a pinch of salt and cook for about an hour (best taste them).
Turn off the heat add the oil and parmesan and serve, this is just a dish of our grandparents.
Ingredients and dosing for 2 persons
- 3 cups of lentils
- 8 cups of water
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of parmigiano
- Salt
