Instructions
Cut in half the aubergines, remove part of the pulp, salt them and place them upside down because they lose some of their water.
Wash them, dry them.
Make the béchamel sauce, allow it to cool then stir the meat, egg, cheese, salt and pepper.
With the mixture fill the aubergines, place them in a buttered baking dish, cospargertele of butter flakes, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
