Instructions

Cut a little thick sliced Eggplant without peeling them.

Eight oil grease aluminum foil.

On each place some slices of Eggplant, season with a little oil and salt, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Close the wrappers and bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
