Macaroni with baby squid
Instructions
In a large saucepan, add the cuttlefish washed and cleaned, chopped tomatoes, finely chopped onion, two cloves of whole garlic, potatoes peeled and cut into thin slices, peas, chopped parsley and 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Start cooking at medium flame, stir often.
Cover and cook for about 40 minutes, only eventually adjust salt and pepper.
Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente, drain, then toss them into the pot of cuttlefish, stir because insaporiscano good.
Pour into serving dish.
Serve.
Accompanying wines: "classic" Soave DOC, Vernaccia Di San Gimignano DOCG, Greco Di Tufo DOC.
