Macaroni with Asparagus (Maccheroni con Asparagi)
Instructions
Cut the asparagus into chunks, removing the hard part of stem, then boil them for 5 minutes.
Keep aside the middle and roast those left behind with the butter; Add the cream, season with salt, add the green pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix it all up, put on the heat and add the chunks of asparagus kept aside.
With this sauce, drizzle the noodles cooked al dente.

- 350 g of pasta macaroni type
- 600 g of asparagus
- 30 g of butter
- 10 cl of cream
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of green pepper
