Macaroni to pugliese
Instructions
Wash away the cauliflower florets and boil in salted water, almost at the end of cooking add the macaroni and cook them together.
Fry the Diced Bacon without roast.
Drain the pasta and the florets and seasoning them with lard, pepper and pecorino.

- 400 g of type pasta macaroni
- 1000 g of green cauliflower florets
- 120 g of lard
