Garlic Liqueur (Liquore di Aglio)
Instructions
Crush the garlic in a mortar in marble and place it to macerate with alcohol in a jar after you clean the mortar.
Mix, close and after 20 days paid in 100 cl dry white wine.
Let it sit a day, filtered and bottled.
To eliminate bad breath left from its use, chewed two coffee beans.
This liquor is a real medicine.

- 200 g of garlic
