Garlic liqueur
Instructions
Pounded the garlic in a mortar in marble and place it to macerate with alcohol in a vase.
Mix, close and after 20 days paid all in white wine.
Let it sit for a day, filtered and bottled.
Enjoy this sorbendone liqueur through glass before meals to regularize the heart rate and lower blood pressure.
The use of garlic is also recommended for diabetics as it is hypoglycemic.

- 100 cl of dry white wine
- 40 g of garlic
