Walnut liqueur
Instructions
Clean the nuts, dice them, including the husk, and put them in alcohol, in a closed container.
Expose to the Sun and let macerate for about two months, stirring every so often.
After this time, melt the sugar in a quart of water to form a syrup.
Filtered alcohol and add to the syrup by combining a bit of cinnamon and a bit of nutmeg and cloves.
Mix well, close and riesponete in the Sun for another 15 days.
After again filtered and bottled.
You can taste it after at least three months.
Note: the filtering operation must be made with a funnel lined with filter paper or blocked with a WAD of cotton wool or with the help of a colander very dense.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 1000 g of fresh nuts
- 800 g of sugar
- 1 bit of cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Cloves
