Golden lasagna
Instructions
Boil lasagne a few at a time; put them under cold water and then stendetele on a tarp.
Prepare the béchamel sauce and when cooked, add the two beaten yolks with a little grated cheese.

Grease an ovenproof dish, then a layer of lasagne, above place the boiled eggs, some butter flakes, sliced fontina cheese and grated cheese, bechamel.
Continue layers until exhaustion ingredients.
Finished with béchamel sauce and butter flakes.
Put in hot oven for half an hour.

- 450 g of type pasta lasagne
- 50 g of butter
- 150 g of ham
- 300 g of fontina cheese, sliced
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 cl of bechamel
- 4 hardboiled eggs
- Grated cheese
- Salt
