Golden rolls
Instructions
Beat the eggs with half of the cheese, salt and pepper and preparing thin pancakes.
Brown the meat in a little butter, add a little white wine, remove from heat, add chopped ham, diced mozzarella and mix.
Distribute the mixture on eggrolls, roll them up, sprinkle with the remaining cheese sauce and pass them in the oven for 20 minutes.
