Gnocchi with Pork (Gnocchi con Carne di Maiale)
Instructions
Cut into cubes the rolls.
Beat eggs in milk with a pinch of salt.
Pour the mixture over the bread and let it absorb.
Fry the finely chopped onion in butter with parsley.
Mix, then, to bread.
Add the flour and the smoked pork, cut into small pieces (or pork, depending on your taste).
Mix well.
Formed with wet hands 8-10 dumplings around.
Pour in boiling salted water and cook for 10-15 minutes over very low heat.
Serve in soup or beef with sauerkraut or salad.

- 8 white buns raffermi
- 2 eggs
- 3 cl of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- == 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- 100 g of flour
- 200 g of smoked pork
