Gnocchi alla romana in sauce
Instructions
Arrange the dumplings in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with the diced cheese and butter into small pieces.
Let them bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by boiling for 10 minutes the cauliflower florets in salted water.
Drain and mix with the cream, 2 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper.
Serve the dumplings sprinkled with salsa.

- 400 g of type pasta semolina gnocchi
- 100 g of smoked cheese
- 400 g of florets of cauliflower
- 60 g of cream
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
