Instructions
Cut the Eggplant into small cubes and fry them in hot oil, boil the prawns.
Saute scallion with a 4 cherry tomatoes, add the shrimp and toss with a glass of white wine, add the Eggplant and it diced ham, and finally the cup of sauce.
Bake the Sardinian gnocchetti and sauté in a pan with this sauce by adding basil leaves.

- 2 eggplant
- 1 cipollina
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of bechamel
- Some leaves of basil
- Olive oil
- Some of prawns
