Boil water with butter and a pinch of salt.
Off the heat, add the flour.
Put on the heat and cook stirring until it forms a ball that sfrigolerà.
Add the eggs, one at a time, then put the dough into a cake pocket with wide smooth spout and squeeze of noodles in boiling broth.
Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve with grated Parmesan.
