Roast pork with apples
Instructions
Peel the meat and place in an oiled baking dish.
Add salt, pepper and bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
Meanwhile Peel the apples, core material privatel, cut into slices and then into slices about half a centimetre high.
Put them in a pan with the honey dissolved in wine and cook for 5 minutes.
Arrange a Crown in a serving dish, then baked the roast and place it at the center of the Crown.

Simmer stirring slowly for a few minutes then turn the sauce on the meat than on apples.
Serve very hot to your table.

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
