Gentian cocktail
Instructions
Grate thirty grams of gentian roots and leave immersed for 24 hours in two litres of cognac.
Add a pint of good red wine aged.
Leave the liquid Sun well-sealed for eight days, then filter the content.
Serve in low, no ice gotto or with a single cube.

- 30 g of gentian roots
- 200 cl of cognac
- 100 cl of red crianza wine
