Lychee jelly sweets
Instructions
Put in cold water bath the isinglass to soften.
In a saucepan add the Lychee liqueur with the water and sugar.
Turn off the heat and add the gelatine and mix well to obtain a transparent liquid and fluid.
Place the fruits of litchi on small ceramic or glass bowls and pour over the syrup.
Place in refrigerator until all solidifying turns into a transparent jelly.
Served as a dessert.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 30 cl of lychee liqueur
- 10 cl of water
- 8 g of gelatine in sheets
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 12 lychees (preferably fresh)
