Put on the fire the water with sugar, boil for a few minutes stirring and remove from heat.
Combine the orange zest, juice, lemon juice and leave to infuse for about 30 minutes.
Pass the mixture through a sieve, put it in a Cup, let it cool and keep it in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
