Garganelli with mullet and tomato
Instructions
Saute garlic with Chili, add the tomatoes and season with salt.
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce.
Remove from heat, add the ROE and serve.

- 200 g of garganelli pasta type
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 20 g of mullet
- 10 g of parsley
- 1 clove of chili
