Jumbo shrimp to pescaccia
Instructions
In a saucepan pour the cold chopped tomatoes and shrimp tails without armor, bring to room temperature, add salt and close the lid.
After 15 minutes, sprinkle with oregano and finish cooking.
Before serving add the capers and olives and flambé with the cognac.

- 4 tomatoes
- 1 dram of cognac
- Capers
- Black olives
- Oregano
- Salt
