Clean and flame 4 cockerels, salt, pepper, oil and irrorarli Cook for 20 minutes in the oven already warm to 220 degrees.
Apart from clean 1000 g of rhubarb and Cook Sweet flame for 20 minutes with 1/2 glass of water.
Combine 1 teaspoon of sugar, stir and move it through a sieve.
Serve on a warm platter galletti surrounded with rhubarb puree with roast potatoes and cucumber salad.
