Instructions
The boneless chicken with seasoning salt, pepper, nutmeg, marsala.
Blanched Bacon: place Bacon slices for about 20 minutes, then rinse in cold water.
Mix the ground beef with all the other ingredients, fill the boneless chicken with the mixture, sew with white thread, wrap it in a towel and tie tightly.
boil the galantine, together with the carcass and aromas used for the broth for about two hours.
