White mushrooms
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into very thin slices.
Put them in the pot with the yoghurt, the nut crumbled and the chopped parsley.
Cover tightly and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve cold, topped with a drizzle of olive oil and ground pepper.

- 125 g of whole yoghurt
- 1 nut
- Chopped parsley
