Seafood garbled
Instructions
Shelled seafood; clean, flour and fry the Octopus; cut eggplants into strips, keep them 1 hour in salt, strizzatele and fry them.
Boil the onions for half-cooked, drain, put them into the cooking oil and the drizzle of vinegar, cover of sugar and fry them.
Clean the celery, sliced hearts and FRY; FRY in a little oil a cipollina (that you leave aside) with a bit of chopped parsley, tomatoes cut into pieces and salt; simmer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, hard boil the eggs and boiled shrimp.
Finally you have everything you have prepared in a serving dish.

- 200 g of small polyps

- 200 g of green olives
- 300 g of ripe tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 4 eggplant
- 4 celery
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 300 g of scallions

- Wine vinegar
- Sugar
