Ricotta pancakes (5)
Instructions
In a bowl mix the ricotta sieved, amaretti, crushed and reduced to powder, 2 tablespoons very filled with sifted flour, sugar, eggs and cinnamon.
If the mixture is too soft, add more macaroons.
Make bullets, put them in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
You foaming butter in a small frying pan, put the pancakes, doratele on both sides, gently turned, drain and serve.

- 350 g of ricotta
- 200 g of amaretti biscuits
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
- Breadcrumbs
- For frying:
- 100 g of butter (or margarine)
