Gianchetti pancakes
Instructions
Beat the eggs with the cheese, parsley and salt.
Wash the gianchetti and clean them from herbs and stones; drain very well and add them to the mixture with the flour stirring gently until it forms a homogeneous compound.
Take a skillet or nonstick iron, heat the wax well with plenty of oil and soak up the gianchetti spoon.
When the pancakes are well browned, Cook the other side.
When are well cooked place on paper towel.
You can serve hot or cold.

- 500 g of gianchetti
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of cheese
- Chopped parsley
- White flour
- Abundant of frying oil
- Salt
