Raisin pancakes (2)
Instructions
Knead the dough with raisins, butter, sugar and diced candied fruit.
Work the dough well to mix the ingredients.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin leaving about 1/2 cm.
Cut it into squares of 3 cm to the side and let it rise for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a cast iron pan and fry the pancakes.
Remove them when they are well browned on both sides and spolverizzarle of icing sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 G = = bread dough
- 80 g of sultanas
- 70 g of mixed candied fruit
- 150 g of butter
- 120 g of sugar
- Olive oil
- Icing sugar
