Omelette with cheese
Instructions
In a nonstick saucepan fry the bacon without seasonings then set it aside.
Beat the eggs, add the scamorza cheese, speck, a little parsley, chopped onion, pepper and a pinch of salt.
Mix well.
Heat the oil in a large pan and pour in the eggs.
To thicken the omelette, rigirarla and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Is good hot or cold.

- 5 eggs
- 50 g of scamorza cheese cubed
- 50 g of diced bacon
- == 1 small onion
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
