Offal of chicken and mushrooms
Instructions
Clean, washed and chopped entrails.
Put the sliced onions in a casserole with icing and low, with 40 g of butter and Laurel that then shall clear away.
Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water, wash and cook with the remaining butter.
The two firings, add the mushrooms (cut into slices) and 1/2 glass of white wine.
Add salt and pepper and let it dry.
Served at the center of a ring of rice pilaf.

- 500 g of chicken giblets
- 2 spring onions
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 30 g of dried mushrooms
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 80 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
