It is a dish made from herring fillets very particular taste.
To achieve it you marinate the fillets with lemon and onion, oil and vinegar.
Mix the milk with boiled egg yolks, parsley, mayonnaise and scallions.
And add this mixture to the threads.
Let it sit for an hour.
Cool and serve with a side dish of white beans.
